We now have three services every Sunday–8:30, 10:00, and 11:00am.

Classroom Leads / Assistants

Our Classroom Leads and Assistants use fun, engaging games and activities to help kids understand the Big Idea of the morning.
  • Influence  •   You will make a lasting impression and have fun doing it. We want kids to know how good God is, and we do that through fun.
  • Guide  •  Walk the kids through every step of the morning— from drop off to pick up—to create a safe, engaging environment.
  • Connect  •  Meet with parents at the door to learn helpful information about their child and provide positive feedback and encouragement.
  • Lead  •  Ensure all policies and procedures are being met with excellence—from bathroom breaks to snack time. You’re the boss.
  • Grow  •  Your faith will grow, and you can build meaningful relationships with other team members

*You don't have to create the lesson. We use the Orange curriculum, and it’s awesome.
*You don't have to setup. The setup team makes sure you have everything you need in the classroom—the video lesson, your script for the morning, materials for activities, snack supplies, prizes, and more. They're awesome.
*You don't need to be a professional teacher or a Bible expert. For the first week, you'll shadow someone who knows what they're doing.

Nursery Leaders

Our Nursery Leaders care for and engage with kids (6 weeks to 2-years-old) while their parents attend the service.
  • Supervise •  Provide a safe and engaging environment for kids.
  • Connect with Parents  •  Learn helpful information about their child and provide positive feedback and encouragement.
  • Lead  •  Ensure all policies and procedures are being met with excellence—from diaper changing to snack time.
  • Grow  •  Your faith will grow, and you can build meaningful relationships with other team members.

Kids Hosts & Check-In

Our Hosts make kids and families feel welcomed as soon as they walk through the door.
Our Check-In Team makes sure all kids are safely checked-in when they arrive.
  • Bring the Energy  •  Mornings can be tough. Morning with kids can be even tougher. A genuine smile can go a long way.
  • Make an Impression  •  We look for little ways to make every kid feel like a VIP.
  • Give Direction  •  Make sure every family goes through the Check In process. Know and communicate directions around the church, next steps for new families, and the basic structure of Community Kids.
  • Be the Gatekeeper •  Along with security, you keep our program looking and feeling safe. New families can be hesitant to leave their kids. It's amazing how the Check-In Team can put a family at ease.
  • Grow  •  Your faith will grow, and you can build meaningful relationships with other team members.
Every Sunday is someone's first Sunday. We make it count.

Parking and Security

Most first-time guests will make their decision about whether or not to return within the first ten minutes of their visit. That's why having a team exclusively dedicated to those first minutes is so important. We're on our toes, keeping an eye out for ways to alleviate stress, meeting needs, and looking for ways to make the morning a little better.

Hosts: Outside, Info Table, Cafe,  and Main Room

We are here to create a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere for everyone – from first time guests to regular attenders. We balance completing tasks, like stocking cafe supplies, opening a door, or finding someone an open seat, while also making meaningful connections. We create an environment where guests are feeling welcomed and relaxed so that by the time they take a seat for the service, they are open to hearing from God through the music and the message.

The Music Team

We set the tone.
Music is one way we express our affections for and to God. Those on the platform model that for those who attend our services. We strive for musical excellence, not only because it honors God, but also because it serves our people. If you have experience singing or playing an instrument, you can submit an audition via video. We would love to have you join us.

The Production Team

We enhance focus.
We aim to create a distraction-free, professional grade, production of our Sunday services (both in-person and online). This allows those who attend our church to deeply engage with the weekend services. We have audio engineers, presentation operators, camera operators, video switchers, and video directors. No expertise is required to be part of the team. If you're interested, we can train you.

The Mid-Week Team

Our mid-week team is an incredible group of people that work behind the scenes to make Sundays, special events, and more possible. These people help during the week to prepare for sunday, run errands, fix up the building, etc. and use their unique skills, interests, and abilities. If you are interested in helping out, but not on a Sunday team, we would love to have you join the Mid-week team!
