End of Year Update

2024

What a year it has been! Looking back at this year, we're overwhelmed with gratitude for all that God has done in and through the people of Community Church. Thanks to your participation, commitment, and generosity, 2024 has been our best year yet.

Here’s just a glimpse of what happened in 2024.

Church Growth

250% Growth

In 2024, Sunday morning attendance increased dramatically. We're going to need a bigger boat.

187 Baptisms

Since our launch in 2020, we've baptized one-hundred and eighty-seven people–94 of them being in 2024 alone!

25+ Community Groups

This season, there are more than twenty-five different groups where members are connecting relationally and growing spiritually.

300+ Active Team Members

Between our mid-week, Thursday night, and Sunday teams, there are over three-hundred people serving on our various teams.

Changed Lives

Every number has a name. Every name has a story.

New Churches

Orchard Group

Before launching in 2019, we began a partnership with a church planting network called Orchard Group. Without their support and leadership, Community Church would not be what it is today. In return, we're honored to be able to now support the work of Orchard Group as they continue to start new churches around the world.

The Portland Project

We exist because a few churches outside of Babylon chose to support what was happening in Babylon. Now, we have the chance to do the same for people in Portland. Introducing, the Portland Project–the first of many churches we're helping to start around the world.

Love 146

The vision of Love146 is the end of child trafficking and exploitation. They journey alongside children impacted by trafficking today and prevent the trafficking of children tomorrow.

Soundview Pregnancy Services

Soundview offers free services to clients: pregnancy tests, sonograms, counseling, educational classes

Pronto

Pronto exists to feed the hungry, clothe the needy, welcome the stranger & provide healing and hope to everyone who walks through their doors.

Team Trees

In partnership with Team Trees, our church has planted one-thousand trees around the world.

Babylon Strong

Babylon Strong has proven to be a source o support and encouragement to Babylon Village since 2020.
